When can I expect to receive my photos?
Photos are usually delivered within 5-7 business days after the shoot.
Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes, virtual tours using Matterport are part of our 3D Packages..
Can I choose which photos to be edited?
Yes, we provide a selection process post-session for clients to choose their preferred images for editing.
What should I do to prepare my property for a photography session?
Preparing your property for a photography session is key to achieving stunning visuals. We recommend cleaning and decluttering spaces, turning on all lights, and adding some decorative touches to enhance the appeal. We can provide a detailed checklist to help you get ready for the session.
Can I reschedule my photography session if needed?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule, ensuring you receive the professional service you expect without any hassle.
Do you provide image rights for the photographs taken?
Yes, upon completion of the photography session and full payment, we grant you full rights to use the images as you see fit. Whether for marketing materials, online listings, or print media, you have complete freedom to maximize your property’s exposure with the visuals we create.
Do you offer drone photography and video?
That option is coming soon and will be added to our packages.
